Remain original to your voice to attract your sheep. Your sheep is somewhere else because they have not heard your voice. You were not sent to Pastor everyone but a select flock for a specified purpose. To every shephered there’s a flock of sheep. This is why the dead may be raised, blind eyes opening, operate in the prophetic and diverse healing taking place daily in your church yet your neighbors will still pass your church for another far away. The mixture in your voice has been a major reason they have not heard you clearly. Trying what appears popular only attracts the goats not the sheep neither does it grow a healthy church. Your voice becomes strong when vision is clearly understood and mission deliberately pursued. As you stand to minister today and always, be driven by a consciousness of what the vision stands for. Consistency is the mother of impact.
