Go Deeper as you Go Higher

And the Lord said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil? Then Satan answered the Lord, and said, Doth Job fear God for nought? Hast not thou made an hedge about him, and about his house, and about all that he hath on every side? thou hast blessed the work of his hands, and his substance is increased in the land. But put forth thine hand now, and touch all that he hath, and he will curse thee to thy face. And the Lord said unto Satan, Behold, all that he hath is in thy power; only upon himself put not forth thine hand. So Satan went forth from the presence of the Lord. Job 1:8-12.
The above scenario still plays out today in the lives of people especially Christians.
Many people get very serious, dedicated and committed to the things of God (prayer, service, evangelism, giving etc) while they are on the way up but become spiritually complacent as soon as they arrive at the place of comfort. All the while Job lived the average life, he was never a subject of spiritual discuss or debate, he was too much like everyone to be noticed or given attention but, when he became outstanding he commanded both spiritual and physical attention.

LESSONS:
1. Your spirituality alone does not make you immune to confrontations your current revelations do.

2. When your revelation does not equate your elevation your subjugation is only a matter of time.

3. Confrontations are part of every life of distinction, (reason people only criticize the successful rather than the average or failure) your survival is dependent on your related capacity.

4. The activities of God on the earth is limited by the revelation of His people on the earth. God still respects Man’s jurisdiction over the earth.

5. Many a time, the duration of a negative phase is man rather than God determined. When Job’s understanding and confessions changed, his story changed.

6. Every situation that contradicts scriptures in your life must not be tolerated by you but confronted with relevant scriptures. God was probably expecting Job to know what to do with the devil but he rather accepted what the devil brought as his fate from God.

7. The higher the object, the more devastating the effects of its fall.

8. Nothing around you is safe as long as you remain ignorant of why they should.

COUNSEL:
1. Never down tool any principle that brought you up.
2. Never be too comfortable to notice a decline in any area of your life.

3. The higher you go or desire to go in life the deeper you should go in God.

4. Don’t watch what you don’t want. Deal with it at its infancy level.

I PRAY FOR YOU:
1. You will never be a victim of any negative spiritual transaction in Jesus name!

2. I bind every spirit sponsoring negative events around you in Jesus name!

3. Your path shall shine brighter each day in Jesus name!

See you next week on this platform.
You can share with others if you are blessed and led to.
