The Curse and A Cause
And Noah awoke from his wine, and knew what his younger son had done unto him. And he said,
Cursed be Canaan;
A servant of servants shall he be unto his brethren. Gen 9:24-25. And the sons of Ham; Cush, and Mizraim, and Phut, and Canaan. And Cush begat Nimrod: he began to be a mighty one in the earth. He was a mighty hunter before the Lord: wherefore it is said, Even as Nimrod the mighty hunter before the Lord. And the beginning of his kingdom was Babel, and Erech, and Accad, and Calneh, in the land of Shinar. Out of that land went forth Asshur, and builded Nineveh, and the city Rehoboth, and Calah, Gen 10:6, 8-11. And the Lord said, Behold, the people is one, and they have all one language; and this they begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do. Gen 11:6.

As I looked at the above scenario that played out between Noah and his sons, I saw that Ham was supposed to be a servant to his brethren according to the curse of his father, but his descendants ended up becoming kingdom founders, city builders and architects of ancient civilization. They ended up employing the services of their brethren in building their cities and kingdoms.
What happened you may ask?
They understood their background, dealt with their limitations; had a cause (vision); took responsibility for their future and ended up commanding the attention and respect of those they were meant to serve.
As I meditated on the above experience I discovered the following:

1. No curse from man or devil can stop you without your conscious or unconscious permission.

2. Where a CAUSE for existence is found and viciously pursued, the effect of the CURSE is rendered ineffective.

3. Your background is not as much a problem to your future as your lack of vision and purpose today.

4. Those who mystify every event of life will always end up in misery in life.

5. As long as you have someone in your past to blame for your today, your future remains only a dream.

6. The mistake, irresponsibility, failure or carelessness of someone should never give you a reason to explain failure.

7. A major difference between a success and a failure is, while the failure waits for luck to occur the success created chances for himself.

8. In the success equation, God is completely neutral in the outcome of men.

9. As long as you align with the purpose and principles of God and life your outcome becomes predictable. ( The Tower of Babel fell because the people wanted to stay together while God wanted man to spread)

10. It’s important to claim prophetic declarations upon your life but much more important it is for you to engage all relevant forces that make for a desired future.

MY COUNSEL:
1. Deactivate every, demon, curse and failure conscious mindset.

2. Begin to sow now into your spirit, mind , business, career or ministry what you expect to see in the near future.

3. Delete any excuse that may sponsor failure in your life: forgive if you have to; learn a new trade or skill if you have to; improve on what you are currently doing if you have to.
